The hydraulic baler is composed of main frame system, hydraulic system and auxiliary components.

Main frame system: excellent thickened steel plate, gas shielded welding casting, solid frame, advanced mechanical design makes the equipment durable.

Hydraulic system: hydraulic pump, solenoid valve, oil seal of hydraulic cylinder and other key components use imported accessories, which makes the packing pressure high, fast, durable and low noise.

Electric control system (optional): original domestic electrical control, travel switch, button, ensure quality.

Features of 80t hydraulic baler:

1. All models are driven by hydraulic pressure, and can be operated by manual or PLC automatic control;

2. There are different ways of discharging materials, such as turning bag, pushing bag (side pushing and forward pushing) or manual taking bag (packing);

3.The installation does not need the foot screw, in the place without power supply, the diesel engine can be used as the power;

4. There are ten levels of extrusion force from 63 tons to 400 tons for users to choose. The production efficiency ranges from 4 tons / shift to 40 tons / shift.

5.Compression chamber size and package size can be customized according to customer requirements.
