Correct use of machinery and equipment, conscientious implementation of maintenance system and strict compliance with safe operation regulations are the necessary conditions to extend the service life of the machine, improve production efficiency and ensure safe production. Therefore, it is suggested that the user should establish maintenance and safe operation procedures. 

Besides being familiar with the machine structure and operation procedures, the operator should also pay attention to the following points:

1. The high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil shall be strictly used for the hydraulic oil added into the oil tank, which shall be strictly filtered, and sufficient oil quantity shall be maintained frequently. If the oil quantity is insufficient, the oil shall be filled immediately.

2. The oil tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil once every half a year, but the cleaning and filtering oil should not be more than one month, and the new oil that has been used once can be reused after strict filtering.

3. The lubricating parts of the machine should be filled with lubricating oil at least once per shift.

4. The sundries in the material box should be cleaned up in time.

5. Those who have not learned and do not understand the structure, performance and operating procedures of the machine shall not start the machine without authorization.

6. In case of serious oil leakage or abnormal phenomenon during operation, the machine shall be stopped immediately to analyze the cause and remove the fault. It is not allowed to operate with fault.

7. During the operation of the machine, it is not allowed to repair or contact the moving parts. It is strictly forbidden to press the materials in the material box with hands or feet.

8. The adjustment of pump, valve and pressure gauge should be carried out by experienced technicians. If the pressure gauge is found to be faulty, it should be checked or updated immediately.

9. The user shall formulate detailed maintenance and safe operation procedures according to the specific situation.
