working principle:

The full-automatic butterfly mounting machine integrates the functions of automatic Feida paper feeding, automatic gluing, automatic three direction alignment and compression, automatic book forming, etc. it synthesizes the book pastes with good matching pages into book block, and uses cold glue to merge the book pastes into automatic book separation.

Process steps:

The operator puts the book sheet which has been equipped with pages on the worktable, adopts the bottom Feida paper feeding, and the top-down process. The paper feeding system sends the book sheet one by one to the one side glue passing machine, and the first book sheet of each book cannot be glued, so that multiple book blocks are naturally separated. All the books are transported to the paper receiving table by the suction roller with the spine facing down. Each book will be compacted in three directions by the swing compaction plate. The final product is a dozen of accurate size, neat edge of the multi side endorsement core. The touch screen is used to change the size setting, which is clear and easy to understand, and the operation method is simple.
