The book block rounding machine is a kind of equipment to round the back of the book block which is slightly dry after brushing glue. It is widely used in the back rounding process of hardcover books and notebook books.

Workflow:

Put the book block on the worktable with the back of the book block facing inward and parallel to the top of the worktable or slightly out of the top. Because the reciprocating motion of the roll and the up and down swing of the worktable form a compound motion with certain pressure, the back of the book block is rounded into a half face arc under this compound motion, and then the book block is turned over, and the operation is carried out according to the above method, so that the back of the book block forms a complete arc, and so on.
