1. The whole machine is controlled by frequency conversion motor, and the tension (unwinding, drying and winding) of the whole machine is controlled by PLC system with automatic frequency conversion. The stability and reliability of the tension of the whole machine are improved through the control and display of human-machine interface touch screen.

2. The paper carrier is of electric disc type, double position, automatic paper receiving type and frequency conversion automatic control.

3. Air knife coating method, first by the belt roller feeding, and then by the air knife back roll quantitative coating.

4. It can also be coated by the back roller scraper, which is fed by the belt roller first, and then scratched by the back roller of the scraper quantitatively.

5. The oven is 26 meters, divided into 6 sections, with independent temperature control, steam heating, natural gas direct combustion, etc., hot air entry drying system, adjustable internal circulation suction and exhaust device, strong air inlet and exhaust, uniform air distribution and thorough drying.

6. The guide wheel in the oven is synchronous with the main machine, and the synchronous belt wheel drive is adopted to reduce the material stretching and deformation. The open top air cylinder oven and paper threading operation platform make it easy for the operators to work.

7. The tension control adopts the floating swing arm type, which is automatically controlled by PLC frequency conversion.

8. Automatic meter and speed control device by PLC.

9. Automatic frequency conversion is adopted for deviation correction to ensure the tidiness of material winding.

10. Key type air expanding shaft is used for retraction and release, which is convenient for loading and unloading.

11. High precision s-roll traction device, steel roll cooling using water circulation, through the cooling roll to make the paper more flat, more cooling effect.

12. The form of paper take-up rack is horizontal sticking steel coil paper or disc type central coil paper.
