Carbonless copy paper is a kind of chemical pressure sensitive recording paper, which does not use colored pigment. Its main raw materials are base paper, microcapsule and color reagent. The coloring principle of carbonless copy paper is that under the pressure of writing or printer, the microcapsule is broken, and the dye oil migrates to the developer layer and contacts with the acid developer to develop colorless dye. Compared with ordinary copy paper, it has the advantages of no pad copy paper, easy to use, high work efficiency, clear handwriting, no fading, clean hands and so on.

Functions and features of carbonless copy paper coater:

1. The coating machine of carbon free copy paper is controlled by 5 frequency conversion motor. The tension of the whole machine (unwinding, coating, traction and winding) is automatically controlled by Mitsubishi PLC system. The reliability of the tension of the whole machine is improved by touch screen control and display of man-machine interface.

2. The discharging rack is of single station hydraulic lifting type, and magnetic powder automatic tension control is adopted.

3. Reticulate coating, scraper is a double shaft machine, which is driven by motor independently, manual with pneumatic adjustment, and the angle can be adjusted at will. The coating amount depends on the mesh line of the anilox roller. Different coating amount can be changed into different mesh line of the anilox roller.

4. The air knife is coated, and the air flow of the air knife is adjusted by the high-pressure fan.

5. The oven is 18m, divided into 6 sections, with independent temperature control, external heater, internal steam radiator, and dehumidification system at the outlet of the oven.

6. The guide wheel in the oven is synchronous with the main machine, and the drive is synchronous belt wheel drive type, which can reduce the material stretching and deformation, and make the operator easy to work.

7. The intermediate tension between coating roll and traction steel roll is synchronized by floating swing arm, which is automatically controlled by PLC.

8. Automatic meter and speed counting is controlled by PLC.

9. EPC alignment machine is used for deviation correction, so as to make the material winding neat.

10. Key type air expanding shaft is used for retraction and release, which is convenient for loading and unloading.

11. Before rewinding, set drying cylinder and cooling cylinder to flatten and rewet.

12. The take-up rack is a single station hydraulic lifting type.
