Paperboard coater is widely used in the production of pet solar backplane materials and other products to be coated.

The process of paperboard coater is as follows:

Base material unwinding → coating unit → drying unit → traction unit → winding unit

Performance and characteristics of the paperboard coater:

1. The whole machine is controlled by 4 frequency conversion motor, and the tension of the whole machine (coating, oven, traction and winding) is controlled by floating swing arm, so as to improve the reliability of the tension of the whole machine.

2. The discharging frame is independent and magnetic powder automatic tension control is adopted.

3. Micro concave roll coating, servo motor control, pneumatic scraper adjustment, glue evenly.

4. The oven is 21 meters, divided into 7 sections, with independent temperature control, electric heating cycle heating, hot air entry drying system, adjustable internal circulation suction and exhaust device, strong wind force for air inlet and exhaust, and complete drying.

5. The guide wheel in the oven adopts independent motor to synchronize with the host machine, and the drive adopts synchronous belt drive type to reduce material stretching and deformation. The open top type air cylinder oven and the film piercing operation platform make it easy for the operators to work.

6. The middle tension between coating roll and traction steel roll is synchronized by floating swing arm.

7. Automatic meter and speed control device.

8. LPC photoelectric alignment machine is used for deviation correction, so as to make the material winding more orderly.

9. The key type air expansion shaft is used for retraction and release, so as to facilitate and speed the loading and unloading operation.

10. High precision up pressure traction device, water circulation type is adopted for steel roll cooling, and the film is smoother and more cooling effect can be achieved through cooling roll.
