Packaging paper equipment and engineering process:

1、Raw material preparation: sorting impurities, viscose paper, binding needle and packing tape of raw pulp board or waste recycled paper for standby;

2、Pulping: put the raw materials into the working barrel of the hydraulic pulper, add appropriate amount of water for mixing, and then start the hydraulic pulper. The pulping time is 20-30 minutes, and the pulp consistency is 5-7%;

3、Pulp mixing: put the raw material after pulping into the pulp mixing tank, add appropriate amount of water while putting the pulp, add 0.7-1.2% wet strength agent, 2-5% oxidized starch and 1-3% ammonium stearate into the slurry, and fully stir it by the slurry mixer installed on the pulp mixing tank. The slurry concentration is adjusted to meet the production requirements, and the slurry concentration is about 0.8-1.5%;

4、Slurry supply: the slurry in the third step is pumped into the slurry supply tank by the slurry pump, and then transported to the molding equipment on the production line by the slurry supply pump, and the overflow slurry of the molding equipment returns to the slurry supply tank through the overflow return pipeline;

5、Copy: copy the slurry, surf the Internet, press, dry, calender and take up;

6Molding: the paper is processed into the required shape by die-cutting machine.
