Cultural paper equipment and engineering is the paper-making equipment for producing cultural paper, newsprint and writing paper.The paper types include xerographic paper, writing paper, double offset paper, coated base paper, light weight coated paper, newsprint, etc.

1.Headbox: the open headbox is selected, which is composed of square cone tube, step diffuser, homogenizing roller, box, etc. the step diffusion orifice distributor is three-stage diffusion, which is made of plexiglass. The upper and lower lip plates are made of stainless steel. The upper lip plates can be fully and partially adjusted.

2.Long net part: the net table is 18000 mm long. Except the withdrawal seat is aluminum alloy, the net table frame is welded with all section steel and wrapped with 1.5 mm stainless steel. The net part is mainly composed of chest roll, forming plate, scraper, wet suction box, vacuum suction tank, vacuum couch roll, driving net roll, electric net tightener, pneumatic corrector, constant tension net tightener, cutting water needle, edge warping device, etc.

3.Press section: it is composed of one vacuum press and three positive presses.

4.Drying section: equipped withφ28 1500mm dryers, includingφOne 3000mm large cylinder, arrangement type: 6 + 6 + 8 + 1 + sizing machine + 8, closed gearbox transmission, thin oil lubrication.

5.Drive and control department: AC variable frequency speed regulation is adopted for partial drive, variable frequency motor, hardened gear reducer, universal coupling connection, and full digital closed-loop control system is adopted.

6.Calendering and winding: Super calender and horizontal winding machine are adopted.
