The woven bag printing machine is mainly used for the printing process of woven bag sheet materials. It can be customized as double-sided printing machine, with both front and back printing at the same time. The conventional three color and four color printing machines are available on the spot.

Workflow:

Woven bag material transfer → offset color printing → transmission to dry ink → automatic printing bag collector to receive finished bags

One of the working cycles used in printing of words and patterns indicated by various woven bag materials is:

Parts feeding → positioning → plate dropping → dropping to ink plate, lifting ink return plate → scraping stroke → lifting to ink plate → lowering ink return plate → plate lifting → ink return stroke → removing positioning → receiving parts

In continuous cycle operation, as long as the function can be realized, the time occupied by each action should be as short as possible to shorten the synchronization of each working cycle and improve the working efficiency.

Gear, cam, sprocket, roller and bearing are important parts of the printer. Their maintenance is different from other parts because their accuracy will be affected. Spring is a part of the machine which is used for force balance mechanism. Their work directly determines the accuracy of the joint of moving parts. The spring must have sensitive elasticity, while the inelastic and irrecoverable plastic deformation are very unfavorable to the spring work. If any of the above problems are found, the spring should be replaced immediately.
