7. The transmission gear is made of 45 mm, fine milling, high-frequency quenching heat treatment (high hardness, good wear resistance), processed and manufactured according to the requirements of high precision, cross slider connection, spray lubrication mechanism, long service life, low noise, stable operation, and ensure the precision of color registration.

8. Each unit is electrically separated and pneumatically locked and relaxed. With alarm bell and light, it can improve the safety of operation.

9. The front and back of the equipment are equipped with emergency stop switches to control the emergency paper feeding.

10. Phase fixing device. The cylinder type automatic brake, when the machine is separated or adjusted phase, the brake mechanism limits the machine rotation and maintains the original gear position fixed point
