The roller screen is used in the coarse or fine screening process of the pulp line, washing the tailings, recovering pulp fibers, and discharging waste plastics and furfural foams.

Structure principle of roller screen:

It is composed of frame, barrel, supporting wheel device, transmission device, deceleration motor, spray water pipe, mobile cleaning water pipe device, slurry connecting plate and shield.

1. the cylinder is supported by the supporting wheel fixed on the frame, and the driving device drives the cylinder to rotate through the coupling belt.

2. after the slurry enters the rotating cylinder, it is washed by spray pipe, so that the pulp fiber in the slurry is taken out by water and discharged as good pulp after passing the screen joint. The remaining materials cleaned out as tail slag are discharged.

3. the cleaning water pipe is continuously cleaned by servo drive control to make the screen area of the cylinder run continuously without blockage.
