Structure principle of slag separator：

The equipment consists of a welded assembly body, which supports the sieve plate, rotor, collecting tank, waste discharge tank and bracket. It is installed horizontally.

The equipment is driven by belt, the pulley and belt can be installed at either end of the equipment, and the motor is installed near the equipment.

To optimize the angle.The shaft is designed so that the drive belt can be installed at either end of the equipment.The rotor is supported by two end bearing blocks on both sides of the housing.

The shell cover is easy to remove, and the internal components are easy to repair. The rotor or sieve plate can be repaired without removing the inlet pipe and pulley.The cover is provided with a baffle to prevent the axial reflux of the slurry, and the slurry is pushed forward by the rotor.

The good slurry outlet tank and slag discharge tank are part of the overall structure. The good slurry tank is used to collect filtrate, and its design increases the equipment strength.The slag chute is located on the outrigger opposite the inlet end.

The sieve plate with holes is semi cylindrical, and the through holes on the sieve plate can be different according to different service conditions.The sieve plate is fixed on the shell with bolts.
