Structure principle of fiber separator：

Fiber separator is mainly composed of shell, inlet and outlet pipe, sieve plate, impeller, etc.

The shell of fiber separator is generally made of steel plate and welded into a cone. The slurry inlet is set in the tangent direction of the upper part, and the heavy impurity outlet is set at the bottom.There is a conical front cover in the front of the housing, which is connected with the housing by hinges, so that it is easy to open during maintenance.A light impurity outlet is arranged in the center of the front cover, and a sieve plate is arranged at the rear of the casing. The slurry passes through the sieve hole on the sieve plate and is output from the good slurry outlet.The rotating impeller is close to the sieve plate, and a small gap (1-3mm) is maintained between the impeller and the sieve plate. The impeller is fixed on the rotating shaft, which is supported by rolling bearing and driven by the motor through the belt pulley.
