Structure principle of double disc refiner:

This machine is composed of main machine, coupling and feed device of disc mill.

1.Main body of double disc refiner

The refiner is equipped with two grinding areas. The four grinding plates are assembled in the order of left, left, right and right according to the grinding grain inclination angle. The two left grinding plates are respectively fixed on the inner wall of the shell and the inner side of the rotary table, and the two right grinding plates are respectively fixed on the outer side of the rotary table and the moving seat, forming two grinding areas (see the schematic diagram for the installation of the grinding plates).The slurry is fed into the grinding area through the slurry inlet pipe, and then pumped out of the grinding area to collect in the shell and discharge from the slurry outlet.

The main shaft is equipped with two groups of bearings, which are fixed by the bearing seat and connected with the motor by the coupling through the nylon pin.The other end of the spindle is equipped with a turntable, and the two ends of the turntable are equipped with left and right grinding discs. The turntable rotates between the two fixed grinding discs and moves axially according to the pressure on both sides.

The moving seat is adjusted by the feed device to make it move axially to adjust the clearance between the two grinding areas.A guide key is arranged between the moving seat and the shell, which is pushed by a trapezoidal screw.

The cover is a welded part, which is connected with the casing by pin shaft. Before opening the cover, all the moving seats must be retracted into the cover, and the cover can be opened only by loosening the surrounding locking bolts.Before closing the cover, the end face should be kept clean, and the moving seat must be retracted into the cover before the cover can be closed. Finally, the surrounding bolts should be tightened evenly.

2.coupling

The coupling is connected by nylon pin, which can meet the requirements of displacement and torque transmission of feed and retreat cutter.The utility model has the advantages of easy disassembly and assembly and convenient maintenance.

3.Feed device

The worm gear decelerating system in the feed device drives the moving seat forward or backward by turning the trapezoidal screw.When the motor rotates once a week, the moving seat moves 0.23mm. Turn the hand wheel clockwise to move the moving seat forward, otherwise it will move backward.
