Fiber refiner is a kind of equipment used to dredge pulp. It can be used to dredge and even a variety of pulp (wood, grass, waste paper, etc.) after purification treatment (weight, metal treatment). It has a wide range of uses. It is a common and ideal supporting equipment for papermaking and pulping at home and abroad. The structure principle of fiber mill is as follows：

The machine consists of five parts: coupling, spindle and its bearing seat, spindle feed mechanism, host and electrical control system.

1.coupling

The machine adopts nylon pin coupling, which is composed of nylon pin shaft, main shaft coupling and motor coupling. It can meet the requirements of axial displacement and torque transmission of main shaft. It is easy to install, save maintenance cost and easy to use.

2.Main shaft and bearing seat

The main shaft and bearing are assembled in the bearing sleeve, which is equipped with three bearings. The bearing sleeve is provided with an oil filling hole to inject lubricating oil, and the lower operating side is provided with an oil level indicator to check the oil level height and keep it in a proper position.

3.Spindle feed mechanism

The spindle feed mechanism is installed at the rear of the bearing seat (near the spindle coupling side), and it is connected by the hand wheel and the rotation handle M12×Adjust the axial feed rate of the spindle, adjust the spindle to a proper position, turn the handle with pin and lock the pin on the teeth of the toothed bearing cover. When adjusting the feed rate, the limit screw M16 at the end of the bearing chamber must be adjusted first×90 and nut M16 feed limit position, so as to avoid serious accident of ring gear collision during operation.The axial displacement of the spindle is 0.125mm for each turn of the handwheel.

4.host

This part is mainly composed of fixed gear outer ring, fixed gear inner ring and moving gear ring. The slurry is fed from the axial direction of the main shaft and discharged from the slurry outlet above the radial direction.Make it move axially through the spindle feed mechanism (the maximum movement is less than 7mm) to adjust the clearance between the fixed and moving gear rings. When starting up, the clearance should be greater than 1mm, and it should not be less than 0.50mm during normal operation. A blowdown hole is set at the lower part of the casing to remove the residual slurry and dirt during shutdown.
