1. Head drive

It is composed of motor, reducer, transmission device and driving sprocket device. The driving chain wheel device uses two chain wheels with 6 teeth to drive two piece traction chains and slot plates along the guide rail.

2. Tail wheel device

The steering part of the chain plate is composed of tail wheel shaft, two tail wheels and bearings.

3. Tensioning device

The tension device adopts the way of spiral tension, which is used to adjust the tightness of the traction chain.

4. Chain plate

It is composed of traction chain and slot plate. The traction chain adopts the piece traction chain with impact resistance, stable and reliable operation, and the inner chain piece is equipped with a roller in the middle to roll on the track, so as to reduce the friction resistance and wear. The slot plate is fastened with the traction chain by bolts.

5. Rack

It is composed of head frame, tail frame and middle frame. It is welded with channel steel, angle steel and reinforcing steel plate. There are four tracks for the roller running in the middle of the frame, which are made of light rail.
