Roller conveyor is suitable for wood pulp package or paddle board feeding, cutting wire conveying platform. Generally, it is used together with medium consistency hydraulic pulper and roller conveyor to provide an open conveying platform for removing iron wire from wood pulp package. The operator can easily cut and cut the wire on both sides, which is convenient for subsequent treatment.

The structure principle of the unpacking roller:

It is composed of three parts: main drive roller device, slave drive roller device and frame.

1. Main drive roller device

It is composed of motor, reducer, active idler, sprocket, bearing with seat and supporting ring. The power is transmitted to the main shaft directly by the motor through the reducer, and then to the side-by-side idler through the chain wheel. The bearing with the seat supports the driving roller fixed on the frame.

2. From drive idler

The idler device is composed of driven idler, sprocket, bearing with seat and supporting ring. The bearing with the seat supports the driven roller to be fixed on the frame.

3. Rack

It is welded with channel steel, angle steel and reinforcing steel plate.

2. Roller table is equipped with supporting ring to ensure the clearance between wood pulp bag and rolling surface, and facilitate wire extraction.
