Structure principle of belt conveyor:

1. Head drive

It is composed of motor, reducer, bearing and driving roller. The power is directly transmitted from the reducer to the driving roller, which drives the belt to run.

2. Tail device

3. Tensioning device

Screw rod tension is used to adjust the tightness of the belt.

4. Idler device

It is fixed on the frame and divided into upper and lower layers. It is used to support the belt and rotate automatically with the running belt.

5. Rack

It is composed of head frame, tail frame and middle frame. It is welded with channel steel or square pipe, angle steel and reinforcing steel plate.

6. Bracket

It is fixed on the machine frame and located between the upper roller devices to support the belt and ensure the smooth operation of the belt.

7. Deflector gear

It is fixed on the frame and located on both sides of the belt near the head and tail of the machine to prevent belt deviation.

8. Scraper device

Fixed at the end of the machine, clean the foreign matter on the return belt surface.
